as your reviews are not part of coppermine, I can't give you actual code, but just some generic answer: you have to trigger a mySQL command that creates another album in coppermine's "albums" db table, simple as that. The query would look something like

INSERT INTO {$CONFIG['TABLE_ALBUMS']} (category, title, uploads, pos) VALUES ('$category', '" . addslashes($op['album_nm']) . "', 'NO',  '{$op['album_sort']}')(code taken from coppermine file "delete.php", review it for details).
