Hello everybody

I have an old html page with many thumbnai linked to videos hosted on a free.fr host

I created a categorie (called Videos) on the home page of my CPG website and I would like link it with my old html page while keeping the layout of CPG.

At first I saved a CPG page as an html file and I edited all the document, it worked well alone but I couldn't link the videos categorie to my html page.

So I ask you if is it possible, if yes how ?

Edit => Summary : I would like to integrate an html doc into a categorie.php page.
Why would I like to do that ? => Because my CPG website host is too small to host all my videos :-\\

Thanks

kegobeer

Coppermine doesn't support images kept on a different server.

If it were the case I would simply host the video on a different host and crete a simply album linked to those videos.
As it isn't supported, this is the reason why I'm asking that :

by categorie.php I mean any php page that fit with my template, I said categorie.php because I want to have a link called Videos in my categories.

I think this can be addressed using the minicms plugin available in the next version (1.4) of coppermine. It makes it easy to add html-formatted text to pages that are associated with categories, albums, files, or even standalone pages. Here's more info, plus a way to see it in action: http://cpg-contrib.org/thumbnails.php?album=1

However, you can't include a separate file. You would need to copy/paste your html code into the editor.

However, v1.4 is not yet ready for production use as it is still being prepared for a beta release.

this is exactly what I want ;D

Is this addon available now (for my CPG1.3.2) or only in development for the v1.4 ?
