Please help - I'm stuck at the first hurdle...

On the installation screen, after I click on Let's Go, I keep getting the following error:

Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values entered
MySQL error was : Host 'localhost.localdomain' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Is this something I can fix, or something the people who administer the server have to deal with?

Thanks in advance
Tom

It's something for the server admin to sort out.
