edit themes/yourtheme/template.html, or use anycontent.php. Both aspects are being explained in the docs. Your question is not a feature request, but a support question (read the sticky thread http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=15866.0), therefor marking it as "invalid" >:(.
