I have recently set up a site for the members of my town to create a online community forum and gallery.   I'm looking for suggestions.  Things I should do and things I should not do.

Thanks for your feedback   :) ???

Frames have a lot of disadvantages.
There's not very much to actually review except your frame set, as both the gallery and the forum are out-of-the-box.
The links section lacks content.
Allowing everyone to upload might have you end up with your gallery being spammed/abused, not recommended.

Don't double-post

Proofread and spellcheck your content.

The purpose for the gallery is to allow for the exchange of photo's relivent to the town. No login is require. Us the link "Upload to gallery", under the gallery link Admin approval of the photo's is required

Gallery
photos (plural not possesive) (twice)
relevant
is required
Use the link
gallery link. (period)

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your input.  I'm just getting started so excuse eveything if you know what I mean :-\\.  My first task will be to eliminate the frames.  Spelling is already fixed... I hope.  I have admin approval setup on CPG so I'm not afraid of being spammed.  Yes there out of the box.  The great thing is they work so well out of the box.  Over time as I learn PHP and MySQL I might apply changes.

Sorry about the double post I saw the other catagory after this one and thought that is where my message belonged.
