How do I fill in the information when installing Coppermine?

What is my "MySQL host?"

and what do I need to call the database name for it?

You must have already created a database and set up a user with access to that database. If you don't know to do that seek support from your host.

MySQL Host is localhost or 127.0.0.1
enter one of the information and it will be ok.

You need to have a valid database given by your host.

may be true for you, but not for others. Usually, it's localhost because webhosts disallow connections from remote servers, but that's only a rule of thumb. Filling in the "mySQL host" only won't help anyone. You have to know all the mySQL information, you can't make it up or guess.
