I'm looking through the list of things I need to alter in theme.php and style.css when upgrading from CPG 1.2.x to 1.3.4, and as far as I can tell all of these changes had already existed in CPG 1.3.3.  If this is correct, it would seem that the theme files don't need to be updated when I'm upgrading from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4.  However, when I run the "versioncheck" tool, it still lists it as a problem that these files are version 1.3.3 rather than 1.3.4.

What changes need to be made to custom themes when upgrading from CPG 1.3.3 to 1.3.4?

Nibbler

You don't need to make any changes to your theme for updates within 1.3.x

When I run the versioncheck tool after upgrading from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4, all of the theme files are listed in red, as well as install.php and anycontent.php.  (I didn't overwrite those files during the upgrade, since the online manual said not to.)  Should I just ignore this?

Yes, the information is provides is just a guide, you can safely ignore it.
