No votes, rating or comments are showing

I intergrated my coppermine with phpbb, both were working fine before I did so but now coppermine will not show the ratings, votes or comments fields on the display image. I have the group permissions set to allow everyone but unregistered members to vote and comment, and I am logged in. The code is in the theme.php file.

I ajust noticed that on my "batch add" page (when you are in one of the folders) I get:
