Warning: main(include/debugger.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\clients\www.clio-williams.net\fichiers\Parties\Photos\include\init.inc.php on line 26

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/debugger.inc.php' (include_path='e:\php\includes') in E:\clients\www.clio-williams.net\fichiers\Parties\Photos\include\init.inc.php on line 26

The file debugger.inc.php is missing from the includes folder. Upload that file in include folder.

Thx for the answer!
But the file is in the folder. It can be a problem of server's configuration ?
Because If I try to install coppermine on another server (www.free.fr) there is no problem .

The include path is incorrect, it should include '.'. Contact your server admin.

What ftp program did you use?  You may want to try another if that's a recurring problem.
If your ftp program uses multiple threads, you may want to limit it to one or two at a time so that your webhost doesn't overload and time out.
