e-cards with bbcode

I upgraded to 1.4.2 and have problem sending e-card of picture that has bbcode hyperlink inserts and email links etc in description area.
e-card sends all information mentioned above as well as picture sample in card
Outlook express does not show picture to receipient with security features enabled in mail client - this is ok understood and acceptable.
When alternative link used to "view card" if email client is not accepting pictures the click here link takes me to coppermine error page blaming email software - OK
If all information with bbcode links additions it stripped from picture description so addin box is empty, above alternative see picture link in email client works as expected.
Anyone experienced this problem and found a cure ... glad to hear from you
