Why is this forum slow?

I noticed that this forum is slower than a few weeks ago.
What can be the reason of this?
A few weeks ago all pages loaded fast, but now it takes more than 5 seconds to load another page of the forum. At the bottom of the screen the time to create the page is shown: 0.133 sec....yeah right 
My own server responds a lot faster.

maybe your site doesn't run a forum that has as many hits as this one. Please don't start new threads, there are already existing ones about server performance for this site. We (the coppermine staff) are well aware of speed/performance issues, there's no need to start such threads. Locking.
