i already have a forum up and running and have just set up coppermine, i didn't realise they could be bridged but of course since have found out am extremely interested, I have 2 problems, can I bridge since both programs are already up and running, and 2 they are using different databases (same domian just different databases) Is it still possible to do? ???

Thanks in advance

Please read the documentation.

There are no stupid questions

I have read the documentation.
It tells you how to set it up before both applications are fully installed, my question was 'is it possible to do it after they have already been installed and from seperate databases' i thought there may be some work around for this if there is not than a simple no is fine :)

the docs don't say you have to bridge them before they are running, but afterwards. Bridging wouldn't work if both apps don't run flawlessly as standalone apps. Re-read the docs carefully.
