Everything works well inside CPG. Users can upload photos. resize them, setting permissions all work well. Email notifications work. Some issues that I've noticed are the Vote feature doesn't work. I enabled it within the configuration under the admin account. When a user clicks on a 1-5 star, it doesnt do anything. Still says, "no votes". Same thing for the View count. I enabled it wihin the configuration. When a user clicks on a picture, it doesnt update the view count. And last of all and most frustrating, when I go to see version comparison's, espicially after I upgraded from 1.3 -> 1.4 this is what I get. Same thing when i was running CPG1.3. I was hoping to get rid of these errors but they followed me to the new version.

When checking the VERSION tool this is what the summary.

Summary
Total files/folders checked:    227
Mandatory files missing:    126
Optional files missing:    101
Files left over from outdated Coppermine version:    0
Outdated file versions:    0

When I check the folders, all the files are there. So I thought it had to do with the hosting provider I was with. And after reviewing some log files this is what I found. I dont know what exactly this means. Any insight on this would be much appreciated.

Does anyone know what I should do?

make sure you actually replaced all files from your cpg1.3.x install when updating, your FTP client may be configured not to overwrite existing files.
When asking for support on rating issues and it's mandatory to log in when accessing to your site, guess what we need if you want support: a non-admin test user account.
We have a "one question per thread" policy you agreed to respect, so you should have posted the rating and the updating issues you have independently. As a first step, solve your upgrading issues first, having a mish-mash of cpg1.3.x and cpg1.4.x files on your page will definitely result in "funny" issues. Moving this thread accordingly.
