Upgrade instructions?

I can't seem to find the actual upgrade instructions to go from 1.3.3 to 1.4.3.
Can anyone help?

I have now upgraded but cannot login to my photo album.
I commented out in groupmgr.php this line:

// if (!GALLERY_ADMIN_MODE) cpg_die(ERROR, $lang_errors['access_denied'], __FILE__, __LINE__);
and ran groupmgr.php in my browser but still cannot login.
When I click on usergalleries, it says there is no users.

If you were bridged before the update then you need to bridge again using the bridge manager.

I was before.  The instructions says to start the bridge manager, login as admin. 
I can't login though.  Thats the problem.

you'll have to log in using the standalone admin account that you used before bridging in the first place, not the admin account of your bbs.

Undo the changes you applied - it's silly and unsecure.
