Can someone this support board please help me?

I would GREATLY appreciate any help.

I have to create this data base
                                                 _copp1.cpg_config

and it is asking me in my MySql database section how many tables
are needed.

this is the error message i receive

While executing query "SELECT * FROM cpg_config" on 0

mySQL error: Table '******_copp1.cpg_config' doesn't exist

just create the database, the coppermine installer will then create the needed tables in it. If you can't create additional databases, use the one you have and install coppermine in it. You can't make up mysql data, you have to know it. If you're not sure, ask your webhost for support. Please use a better subject next time you start a thread.

i am not sure what other subject line to use.

the last one i used was help with installation, i dont know, no one responded.

i presented the error message that is shown on the page

if it doesnt exist doesnt it mean that i have to creat it???

my webhost says they do NOT offer support for Coppermine...
which is why i came here to the coppermine boards to help.

i went to my database in order to create the table...if this is not what i need to do
can you please tell me what to do then? rather than chastise me for my subject line

i'm only trying to get help for Coppermine.

IF someone can please just help me other than tell me to ask my webhoster because
they will not tell me what to do.

above in bold is, again, the error message i am getting can one of the Coppermine techies
or knowledgeable users please tell me why i am getting this error message?

Have you already read the docs? Especially the part 'Installation and Setup'

to me it looks you didn't run the installer properly. Try running it again... maybe you have to delete include/install.lock

I've posted the ACTUAL error message three times... here it is again

if you go back to all the messages i posted i have posted the above message when asking for help.

my hoster has a CPanel  in the CPanel all you have to do is click INSTALL...and I clicked install
and it is auto installed.

currently i am trying to re-review the docs, and i had someone else as well but we have been unable
to figure out what the above error message (which i have posted before) is for.

OK, so my recommendation is: don't use an auto-installer provided by your webhost, as they're known to be outdated and buggy. Install exactly as suggested in our documentation, with the most recent stable version downloaded from our site (currently cpg1.4.4).
