CPG 1.4.5/SMF 1.1 RC2 bridged = CPG login/logout not working

If I login on the forums and then go to the gallery I am logged in, but if I click the logout button on the gallery I get a blank page.  Also, if I am not logged in and go to the gallery and hit login it takes me to a blank page.  The blank page url is:

http://www.racingutah.com/gallery/logout.php?referer=index.php

Re-upload login.php, it may be corrupt. Search the board for "blank page", there are several things that might cause it and ways to fix them.

I tried re-uploading the login and logout files.  No luck.  I have also tried searching the boards.  I found one similar post, but they have not come across an answer either.  Any other thoughts?

Your SMF forum is 1.0.7, not RC2.

Sorry, it is.  All my others are RC2.  But, that does not change anything regarding the bridge, does it?  Any thoughts on the fix?

No luck.  What file can I just comment out the login and logout menu buttons?

As suggested, search for previous posts about blank lines preventing redirection working. Possible candidates are include/config.inc.php, init.inc.php, any file you may have manually modified.
