Hello.
I have Invision Power Board 1.X and CPG 1.2.0 integrated.
What's the best way to upgrade my CPG (the main feature - I don't want to loose my integration)?

Thank you!

Tranz

Don't triple-post! It took a lot of work to clean up after you.

Sorry, but I don't think it's correct to delete my posts in topics where people are discussing bridging - they just might don't vsist that topic  :-\

double-posting is against board rules that you agreed to respect when signing up. Trying to draw attention to your issues by posting it in many places is like shouting - we don't like being shouted at. The supporters on this board read every posting anyway, so your issue will get noticed if you post it once. Not respecting board rules by flooding our board only will do one thing: supporters will become reluctant to look into your issues. Arguing with supporters after having been told that you misbehaved is not a bright idea neither. After all it's you who wants support, so you need us, but we don't need you. If you have come here to make supporters mad or to start a flame, then take the herring that I'm handing you know. If you actually look for support, review your attitude and start respecting rules, as they don't exist for the sake of it, but for mutual benefit.

Upgrade your coppermine install as suggested in the docs that come with the package and that are available online as well. Out-of-the-box, there's no ipb1.x-bridge that comes with cpg1.4.x, but there is a user-contributed mod for bridging ipb1.3.1: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24712.0
Make sure to back up everything first, so you can savely go back in case something goes wrong.
Don't use generic version numbers (ipb1.x) in your postings - you must have a specific version number that you should be aware of and tell us. Leave generic version numbers to us, as we use it as a method to specify that a posting applies to several sub-versions.
