Hi,

I have the cpg 1.4.8 installed (recently updated from 1.4.5)

I have searched the forum for many days, but not found an answer to the problem I have:

As admin I cannot add or move pics to any album in the 'user galleries', BUT I can edit and delete...?
(I need to be able to move pics into my users' albums from time to time)

Please, I need help?

I have a test user:

username: test user
password: test

(but 'he' is only a registered member, not an admin....

Expected behaviour or missing feature - you decide...

Definitely not expected behavior...I have read in many messages: admins have access to everything....
Missing feature? Might be  ;D
I was hoping someone had a solution.

I did notice the 'locked' at this post. I am sorry, if I have bothered you.
I just wanted to find a solution at my problem.

I guess it's a missing feature. I had the problem before. Sometimes users upload stuff as a personal albums that would make a good addition to a "public" category and there's no regular way to move it from A to B.

Quoteadmins have access to everything....
If you have access to your MySQL database, you can try to "move" stuff there.
Maybe by changing the category an private album belongs to in cpg???_albums (to move the complete private album).
Or changing the album id (aid) value for a single pic in cpg???_pictures (to move a picture).

But I'm not sure if it works (maybe the cpg experts can tell).
Anyway: working directly inside the Database bears the risk to mess up everything, so be careful.

Thanks lamama.
I hav not tried that yet. I am not really comfortable working too much in the MySQL database...
But if I do not find another solution I might try!

You said you HAD the problem before...How did you solve it?
