Howdy,
my provider has changed some configuration details. Since then, new users can't use the http-upload-process any longer. The script creates new folders for those new users, their permissions are correct - 777 - but uploading reveals the following message:
/upload.php

   •   Warning line 2264: rename(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 11150/11150 is not allowed to access /users/PL15385/data/public/coppermine/albums/userpics/10018 owned by uid/gid 81/81

Looking up the folders, I could see that the owner of those folders, who could not longer upload via http is apache, while the owner of the folders that still work is PL15385 (that's me). Obviously the ownership of the folders seems to be important too, not only the permissions.
Any ideas how to solve this strange behaviour?
Thank you!

psswd = upload
