error message after uploading

I've bridge coppermine with joomla but I don't know if that is the cause of the problem.  The problem is that everytime I upload a picture...this message comes up

and takes up probably about 100 lines above my page

Even after putting my mindreader hat on I don't know what to suggest. Coppermine doesn't come with a Joomla bridge, so what bridge file did you use? Read the sticky thread on this sub-board and do as suggested there.

You mean updating the bridging files?  I've already done that.

BTW, a problem along the same lines but much more potent.  So after I've uploaded the picture and chose the gallery for it to be in...it tells me to click "continue".  But when I do, it either give me a blank page or popup window asking me if I want to save 'upload.php' or open it with an existing program.  Any light on this?  Thanks

As I told you already: the bridge you use hasn't been created by us, so there can only be limited support (if at all) for it. Ask the person you got the bridge from. See New Bridge for Joomla 1.08 available (and free)
