Theme pattern it is not working

Hi! 
 
I am again here with a layout problem in the gallery, of this time I believe that is something very simple: 
 
I defined " Yourspot " as standard theme:  
http://yourspot.com.br/galeria/index.php?theme=Yourspot 
 
but when me access:  
http://yourspot.com.br/galeria/index.php - he/she opens another theme. 
 
Then, it is my simple problem, to define the standard, because same theme me defining the system didn't already accept.

Hi! Excuse I to be renewing this topic, to be necessary that I open another is alone to inform, but finally, it is that the problem of the standard theme of the gallery, returned. 
 
Whenever me clean the cookie of the gallery, he opens the standard theme, but then, when I modernize that same page, he exhibited the previous, all ugly theme. 
 
Why will be that is happening that?

I tried both links you posted above and I got the same theme. I don't understand what you meant by "modernize". Have you looked at the other languages that we support, since it seems english isn't your first language?

The standard language that I defined is the Portuguese. 
 
The new layout that I consider, it is what he/she has menu in black, the images appear inside of boxes, the source is a gray color, medium size. 
 
And the old, that he/she always opens for me, it is one that doesn't appear any menu, the letters are black and big.
