check, in and out - points system based on input

i am xx-07

this copperming looks to be a very robust tool

i have an unusual requirement - i have successfully installed and completely testes app and everything seems to work as it should

my goal with using this application is ti create and online 'image exchange'

we are a tight night community that needs an easy way for our users to share images

we need a source if images that can be loaded in hi res and then downloaded - optimised for web site use

we need members to add images to be able to download any hi res - or optimised images

a point system would be best - for every image uploaded U get 10 points for every download - costs 2 points sort of thing...

is there any way to add this capability to this application?

any pointers - suggestions or aly lijnk to possible help would be much appreciated
