Looks like you made a mistake adding the capcha image. Review your changes.

Here is a simple thing.

It seems u made somemistake in the db_input.php file which u cant trace.

download the cpg 1.4.10 from coppermine website ..unzip it.. and find the file "db_input.php".. just upload this file and overwrite ur existing db_input.php..

As my hack does not use db_input.php  ..(my hack uses db_input2.php).. So it is a safe thing to do now. overwriting with original file  will fix any mistake u did accidently.

Full steps:
NOTE:  This will fix the problem IF the problem was due to incorrect code in db_input.php and db_input2.php.

it seems u accidently changed something in the db_input.php file and as db_input2.php is its modified copy so both are carrying same error.

So here is what u gotta do..to fix in ur case( ur r using cpg 1.4.10).

STEPS:

1-- Download the original cpg 1.4.10 package.
2-- unzip it.
3-- find db_input.php file and upload/overwrite u current file on server
4-  ON ur computer now make a copy of that db_input.php file and RENAME it to db_input2.php
5-- ADD the 3 lines from my hack to db_input2.php.
6-- upload db_input2.php upload/overwrite ur current db_input2.php on server.

Hope this will fix the problem IF the problem was due to incorrect code in db_input.php and db_input2.php.

It's not related to db_input. The pid is hardcoded into $template_add_your_comment in the theme.
