Hi

Firstly I hope I'm in the right forum  ???

I have coppermine v1.3 bridged on my e107 photography forum/gallery site. At the moment I have 84 members who all have a gallery each. I have other than the user galleries, 2 other categories which will have albums added for monthly competitions as time goes on.

My problem is, I have that catlist on my main page and am happy with that, and I've opted not to have the thumbails of the catlist on the main page. I really DON'T want them there at I have last uploads/last comments and it will drop them right down the page.  The problem that has happened because i have no thumbnails showing is that no one can get into a user main gallery to see what albums are there, and they can't get to modify their albums either as they don't get the edit pics and prefs (which would normally be at the side of the album thumbnail), they also just get lastup/last comments.

Is there any possible way to not have the thumbnails on the main page for categories, but have them anywhere else in the gallery?

I'm not sure if I've explained well enough, but here is the link to my site in case you need to see how I need my main gallery page to stay.

http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=28266.msg168455#msg168455

- go to
admin mode => config => Album list view => Show first level album thumbnails in categories
set it to No

- Next time please read the doc first then post

Thanks for the reply

I already do have thumbnails set to no, but my problem is I don't have any thumnails for user galleries, that's my problem, so no one can get in to edit their albums, and I can't get to move misplaced photographs.

I have read the doc, and will take action, thanks.

They need to click on user galeries link! , also you can describe it under that link with description of category
