Is there any chanse to see how many comments some user has wrote?

something like, most active user or something?
etc...

best scored user of posting comments?

You can see the comments a user has posted by going to his profile and then clicking on "Click to see all comments made by XXX". Go directly there by entering http://yourdomain.tld/your_coppermine_folder/thumbnails.php?album=lastcomby&uid=XXX where XXX represents the ID of the user.
However, there's no stats page that shows a list of top comment posters or similar. If you need this, you'll have to code it.
