Automatic any-video-format to flashvideo conversion + compression and playing

Hello!
Please, help me to make an automatic any-video-format to flashvideo conversion + compression and flashplaying (as on the Tube) on my CPG
It would be the best, if as the Plugin or any easy installation version.
Or write step-by-step instruction what to change and what to download.

I already saw such plugin in other projects, and thought, that CPG is not worse

That requries server side software installation to convert video to swf/flv format...goto macromedia/adobe site to know the list of softwares to do that job.. Or

google for video sharing software..u will find the requirements to achieve such task .
