have tried everything plz..help this is what i got....... No picture was uploaded !

The two most common reasons are:

1. The server does not allow uploads. This is solved by changing the configuration of the server.

or

2. Your account is not properly congifured to accept uploads under the server configuration. This is solved by creating a /tmp or /temp directory in your webroot.
