videos an thumbnail's

hello,

i've uploaded an video namen "video1.flv" and a jpg named "video1.jpg".

in the result ow i see in the album two files, the video-file and the jpg-file.

but i would like to see only the video-file and the jpg-file is only display as thumb.

what did i wrong ??

it work's on the album, but if i click on the thumb, the following vid-screen is blank (black screen, with "click to play")

is it possible to see here althoug an preview-screen ?

The custom thumbnail works as expected - see attached screenshot. What's the actual question?

Coppermine is not capable to extract a thumbnail automatically from movie files. Reason: the image libraries that Coppermine can use (GD or ImageMagick) don't come with support for non-image files.

but this is not exact that what i mean.

i use the software "riva encoder" to convert the mpg-files into the flv-format.
the riva-encoder can generate a jpg from the first frame too. so i have after
finishing the conversion a sample.flv and a sample.jpg. so i can upload the two
files to the server.

and now i wish that the generated jpg is shown in the player field as a preview
picture. see the "old.jpg" and the "new.jpg" picture in my former post.

srry, but that's not the solution.

pls notice, i don't mean the thumb-preview, i mean the preview in the player-field that appears just
when you have clicked on the thumb !
