Thank you guys in advance for your patience.

I have no idea where to even start or where to even post this topic. (may belong in bridging questions)

The problem I am having is that me and everyone else I've had try, can not login to the gallery at the following link: http://www.automediaprofessionals.com/gcp/cpg1410/index.php

But we all CAN login to the  same gallery using this alternative link provided by 1and1 hosting:
http://s187610452.onlinehome.us/amps/gcp/cpg1410/index.php

http://s187610452.onlinehome.us/amps/ = http://www.automediaprofessionals.com

I currently have the coppermine gallery bridged with coppermine 1.1.1

Can someone explain why one address works and the other doesn't?

does it matter that when I attempt to login using either of the above addresses that I am sent here:
http://s187610452.onlinehome.us/amps/community/index.php?action=login

rather than here:

http://www.automediaprofessionals.com
/community/index.php?action=login

I can change any code myself if I know what files need to be looked at.

Thank you very much once again.

Did you use an autoinstaller provided by the host to install the gallery?

Philistine

Thankyou very much for taking the time to respond TranzNDance.

No, I uploaded and installed the gallery and the smforum and bridged them myself.

PROBLEM SOLVED! (I think)

I changed the following file bridge/smf10.inc.php.

I changed this line:

$boardurl = 'http://yoursite.com/board/';

to:

$boardurl = 'http://www.automediaprofessionals.com/community/';

That seems to have fixed it!

I'll let you guys know if anything changes.

Thanks again TranzNDance.

cpg1.1 is very outdated and goes unsupported. It didn't come with a bridge file for SMF, as SMF is only three years old, while cpg1.1 has been released before that. You are using cpg1.4.10 (which is the most recent stable release, so this is OK). However, the bridge file doesn't need to be changed. I'm moving this thread to the bridging section, read the sticky thread there and do as suggested if you want to see this fixed in the recommended way.
