frustrating upload problems.

i just got coppermine, after several days of trying i finally uploaded it.
I CHMOD'ed the files of albums and include, their all done. I checked many times.
Anyways, it wont let me upload.
When i do single file uploads all i get is :
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@avadakedavra.exofire.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and when i try to batch add files :
Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/yuliav/public_html/coppermine/include/functions.inc.php(2697) : eval()'d code on line 2697

it is very frustrating, and i do not know what to do.

And I've got Internal 500 error on index.php too !

There should be a corrupted file on your installation

first of all check your server log to see what error you've got there
then re-upload all files just like you're upgrading
