Browsing in a site, i can see the lack of credits to the Coppermine Gallery.

which the procedure to protest?

The link you posted redirects to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypertext_Transfer_Protocol (a non-coppermine page). Anyway, we're aware that there are people who fail to give credit where credit is due. Some of them might have been given a crippled version of coppermine that already had the disclaimer removed without the end users noticing that they have made a mistake. Some might have removed the footer by mistake. Some did on purpose. If you want to tell them, try to find a contact form or email address on their page and send them an email.
