Hi Coppermine Photo Gallery would be alot better if it had the setup that http://www.PhotoPost.com has. The thing that makes the Photo Post setup better then the Coppermine Photo Gallery setup is. The Admin area Photo Post has. Coppermine Photo Gallery needs alot of changes in the admin area. here are a few things that should be chnaged:

1. Instead of having Both Catagories & albums CPG should do what Photo Post dose. On Photo Post all you need to do is go in and setup Catagories & Sub Catagories you don't need ot go in and setup Albums because when you setup a Catagorie or sub Catagorie on Photo Post it will setup them as a album. Another thing that can be a pain on Coppermine Photo Gallery is when we want to setup albums and have members upload to the albums. It's a pain because w eneed ot go in every album w emake and set them up so members can upload. On Photo Post they have a arrea where we can edit all the catagories/sub catagories all at once. We can set them all so members can upload and everything you can even setup what groups you want ot upload and what ones you don't want to upload. Photo Post also has a much better setup on the main gallery their templet system is much esier to work with and looks alot better then the Coppermine Photo Gallery templet sysytem. Anywas I think the makers of Coppermine Photo Gallery shhould take a look at Photo Post and then make the next release of CPG like Photo Post has right now. You may say it woudl take alot of work to make CPG work like Photo Post dose & that it would not be worth the work when CPG is free. You may be right on that but cpg could make a paid gallery that was like the Photo Post gallery and then have their free one thats like the one they have now.
