Hi everyone.

I searched in the FAQ section and the forum but I still can't find the solution of my problem.
I can't upload images.

Here is the ImageMagick error:

(https://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg169.imageshack.us%2Fimg169%2F8026%2Ferror24wp.jpg&hash=e5cd61a7c99741389e32524f3ae4945b9e2ca679)

I switched to GD...

(https://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg292.imageshack.us%2Fimg292%2F7391%2Ferror17dj.jpg&hash=5a511be758752c628f4aed45df59f4f97f420e90)

but phpinfo says:

I don't know how to find the correct path to ImageMagick and GD(it's not /usr/bin/X11/ or /usr/bin/ or /urs/local/bin/ ...) and also to enable jpeg for GD. I understood that ImageMagick can't run on safe mode.
I have read this & this section without any results.

So I don't know how to proceed next...I realy hope someone to help me.

Thanks in advance!

To determine the path for imagemagick either find out yourself if you have access to the server or ask someone who does (your server admin/host).

To use GD with Coppermine it must have JPEG support. You can see it supports PNG,WBMP,XBM but it has been compiled without JPEG support.

Please avoid posting screenshots of error messages, as they won't come up in board searches by people who may have the same issue.

I'm a root. The admin cannot be found at this moment...for some reasons...so I have to resolve this problem.

Sorry for the screenshots.

Login to the server and type which convert to find the path. If it doesn't find anything then it is probably not installed.
