I'm just looking where on the site I can find instructions for creating a coppermine install that works within my Xoops site.  I'm already administrating several successful CPG galleries - I love this script... I've been unable to find a suitable gallery to use in this Xoops site.  I see people talking about setting up CPG in Xoops, but I've been searching and I just can't seem to find the instructions on how to do this... can anyone provide a link to this info?

Thanks!!

Clarification - I have run the Bridge Manager and everything appears to have gone perfectly... my question is what do I need to do in Xoops to import this?  Should it just appear in admin somewhere after being bridged?

I'm sure I sound totally clueless, but I could really use a small hand here... Thanks.

Bridging doesn't affect the app that Coppermine is being bridged with - it just affects coppermine. Therefor, nothing coppermine-related will appear automatically within the Xoops administration panel. What you're looking for is visual integration into Xoops: we have no idea how this can be accomplished - you better look for answers on the Xoops board/resources.

Yeah, I finally grasped this after a short amount of time.  Bridging the database is by far the more beneficial aspect, so I'm glad that works so well.

What I did to complete this visual integration (in case anyone is wondering) is:
  • downloaded and installed the "PageWrap" module for Xoops (http://xoops.mattregister.com/modules/wfdownloads/singlefile.php?cid=3&lid=1) PageWrap is simply a blank page "wraped" by the xoops theme that you have active.
  • I tweaked my Coppermine theme a bit to make it fit better within the space available in the Xoops window.
  • Used an IFrame to display the Coppermine gallery inside Xoops.

The only thing here is that the user must be specific with pixel values for width and height... and this might take a bit of tweaking until the right combo is found to integrate into that user's Xoops site.

Here is mine: http://www.melsbgc.com/modules/pagewrap/

Thanks all - take care!
