Where to Place antislurp html

I have a free gallery that has been hit 3 times in the past month by what I believe to be slurping bots. Twice my bandwidth has been exceeded. The members area is free, but it still leaves the images vulnerable to slurping. The line of html code that I have prevents this from happening. The question I have is in which html file do I place this code:  (index.html in themes folder or theme.html or another?)

Custom HTML that is suppossed to be present on all Coppermine-driven pages should go into themes/yourtheme/template.html (as suggested in the docs).
I'm not sure what "antislurp" is though or how plain HTML code is suppossed to circumvent bandwidth-theft.
