Help moving Coppermine

I'm moving my Coppermine install to a new server on a faster pipe, been at it all day unsuccessfully.
The database move was easy, but the username/password has changed.

I should be able to copy the old coppermine folder to the new server and edit the include/config.inc.php with the new usrname/passwd, right?

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'bridge/coppermine.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/photos/include/init.inc.php on line 239

Setting up a new install, aiming at the restored database and copying over config.php and anycontent.php gave me a Coppermine screen with no photos or galleries listed....

Any ideas?

You seem not to have uploaded all files. The error message complains about a missing file. Make sure to have uploaded the bridge folder with all files that reside in it.

Everything is now moved, it was a config error. Now I am able to log in as admin, but users can't log in....
Suggestion as where to look?

Post a non-admin test user accoun then and a link to your gallery, as we're not mind-readers.
