uploading images in categories

Uploads never go into categories, but only into albums, so I guess your question is rather: "if I make an album, can others upload to it?".

If you're an admin: yes. If you're a non-admin user: no. Covered in the documentation.

but if i make a album in the *No Category* how can i allow someone who is not an administrator to upload in it?

Set upload permissions on the groups page and in the album properties for that album.

If I have uploaded a picture how can I change the person who uploaded it? Because it will say "azra" underneath the thumbnail, but how can I change my username to someone else's username?
