I've recently bridged coppermine with joomla. Before this it was bridged with phpbb which is also now bridged to joomla.

There were only 3 user albums on there but since bridging they seem to have become associated with the wrong users.

http://www.windsurf.me.uk/cpg133/index.php?cat=1

The first is now caled Tim and it should be TwoFish, the second is Stuart and should be Sharkey while the Third is carl and should be JaycB.

Is there an easy way to correct this or will I need to recreate the albums?

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

These users were registered after bridging with phpbb and the albums created after phpbb bridging, they seem to have just shifted position in name. Apart from the initial Admin there were 3 users registered in coppremine before the first bridge. The albums are still there, just under the wrong user names so I assume the 3 old user albums have pushed the names of these 3 down the table.

Those users probably have different user IDs in the two apps you bridged with. Please read up the expanded explanation in the preliminary docs for cpg1.5.x: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/bridging.htm#integrating_users_start

Cheers GauGau (am I still allowed to call you that?), the expanded explanation gives a lot more info.

After disabling the bridge and rebridging to phpbb I was able to understand what was going on. It took a lot of effort but I managed to restore the users IDs

As it was just 3 users I used phpmyadmin to edit their ID numbers to what they used to be. It has restored the albumbs to the correct owners and doesn't appear to have affected anything else. Only time will tell.

Great, marking thread accordingly.
