Is there a guide specifically tailored to my installation type?  I've search all of the place.  I have Windows XP SP2 running IIS.  I installed PHP5 and MySQL5 and get stuck on creating a new database and user account.  I tried to setup phpmyadmin but get errors trying to load the page.

I was hoping that someone had a step by step guide using my same configuration.  I know nothing about PHP or MySQL, but lots about IIS.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
JMG

I should add, that I don't think my problem is coppermine, I can get to http://localhost/coppermine/install.php, however I can't figure out how to create a database or user account in mysql.

When I got to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/main.php I get an error page phpMyAdmin - Error, Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly....

Can you manually create a table/database using a command prompt?
From past experience with Apache there was already a MySQL account created; i think the user name was Admin and the password was root or no password.
