[Solved]: v1.4.18: Meta tags don't show up, or show up commented

Hi,

I recently upgraded to v1.4.18 and am having some issues I would like to solve.  1) Often the meta tags aren't showing up, and when they do they are commented. How do I solve this?

Please post a link to a subpage that doesn't show meta tags or shows them commented out.
I've viewed your index, album list, a thumb page, a category and an intermediate view... all good.

meta tags are supposed to have a content attribute not a value attribute, so even the tags you have are not doing anything.

I accidentaly uploaded the theme.html file to the Coppermine's root directory which seems to have caused all my issues.  The file is now deleted and things are working fine.  Please forgive my stupidity and wasting your time.  Thank you kindly.
