Hi there, I'm absolutely wrapped in this gallery and our club is looking forward to the possibilities. I've searched other posts and the doc but senility must be set in so I'd appreciate some help on this one. I simply want to set the max width/height in the config area (I know where) but just need the sequence as an example eg is it 1024/768 or w1024/h768 etc.

If I'm allowed another question: is there a list of what templates do what and what keywords do what? eg I want to resize the category names up a size and even though I found how to change their colour, I can't seem to find the relevant code to resize.

Thanks and regards, Adrian

You can not specify both horizontal as well as vertical dimensions: the config fields can only hold one value. In your case: set 1024 to be the maximum.

No, you're not: we have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up.

Not sure what you mean: there is a list of themes on the demo and the download section.

Not sure what a "keyword" is for you, but I guess you're looking for CSS class names (not "keywords") and what section they control. If this is the case, then this posting is for you: Making a brand new theme, where to start?

To find out what part of coppermine is being controlled by which css class, the coppermine dev team recommends using these tools:
Both tools allow you (among many other usefull things) to display the css class applied (see attached screenshots)
Get the web developer extension, install it and then use the menu item "CSS"->"view style information" to find out which part of the output is being controlled by which CSS class. Please start a new thread if you need a more detailed explanation (as per the "one question per thread" policy).

Thank you, sorry and thank you. Adrian

OK, how do I stipulate the height dimension to be a max of 768?
Adrian

Joachim Müller

Not at all. You can specify a max dimension.

adrianlowe

Sorry, I'm confused by your answer. Does that mean I can't stipulate a max height dimension? I thought the config file says height or width? Does it mean that 1024 (for example) is then both max width AND max height?

I'm confused as well because it does say height or width?
