today morning whin I installed some plugins the problem was begun

suddenly the explorer show me rhis massege :

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

If this was caused by installing the SEF urls plugin you should delete the .htaccess file from your Coppermine directory and then disable the plugin.
