After selecting a file to upload, I click the 'Continue' button.
I get to the following page:

1 uploads were successful.
Please click 'Continue' to add the files to albums.

When I now click the 'Continue' button, I only get a blank page. No errors are displayed in the server error log.

Could you set your settings to single file uploads only as detailed in the docs

http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble

*edit - You appear to be using an outdated version of coppermine (1.4.18). You need to upgrade to the latest release before going any further.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Hi there,

I have changed the settings to single file upload.

Unfortunately, I am not able to upgrade the version to the current version. This version is pre-installed by my hosting provider.

Thanks for your help anyway.

If you have ftp access then there is no reason why you cannot upgrade. It is quite simple if you follow the instructions in the documentation on this site.

If you really cannot do that then you will need to ask your host for support.

Pre-installed versions suck and go unsupported here. But as Phil suggested: it's dead easy to turn your pre-installed cripple-version into a genuine, up-to-date Coppermine version.
