Should I delete install.php file in the main folder of Coppermine installation after install it?

It won't hurt if you delete it, but the file won't do any harm if you leave it where it is. You can test this for yourself: go to the installer once more and it will tell you that it already has been run, so you (or anybody else) can't run it again. Coppermine checks for the presence of the install.lock and config.inc.php files inside the include folder. If those files are present, the installer can not run again.
