possibly wrong forum, but need help with insert keywords, permission denied

Even when I am logged in as admin, when I upload a photo and then try and insert keywords from a list, it opens a new window and says "you don't have permission"...

I have looked everywhere in the config and couldn't find anything that allows me to set whether or not people can do this.

Any suggestions?

Please post a link to your gallery and a test account with upload permissions.

Ensure that you have 'Public albums upload' enabled on the groups page.

Nibbler, I have checked this... I'm not sure what happened but I logged on as test:test and now it just says there are no keywords. I will have to read up on the docs, but I was under the understanding that when keywords are used on previous uploaded photos, those keywords are stored and can be chosen from the "Insert keywords from list".... perhaps I am wrong.
