When I import the pics, the main preview pic on the home page is randomized.  Is there a way where I can set the main preview pic to what ever pic I want?

OK, now I can see the gallery. I'm not sure about your questions:

What's a "main preview pic"?

KOREntertainment

ok after I click add batch files, the script imports/installs the images to the album choosen.
On the main page of the gallery there is a section called "Last updated albums"  Each image in the section represents a diffrent album.  I would like to choose wich image goe there for each album.  The script randomly selects the photo to be shown.

OK, now I understand. You want control over the lastup meta album

You can't. That's currently not a feature.
