Exact Thumbnail Issue

Ok, so I have been reading through topics here on the same matter and many have stated to change the language settings in config to English US. However, I don't have this option. I have tried to set it from English_gb to English but it keeps reverting back again. The reason I need to alter the exact thumbnail settings is because both are set to 85 pixels and yet only the thumbnail width is 85px, the height is still 140 with no option to change the max height.

Ok, now the exact setting has gone from the config...

Delete the lang/english_gb.php lang file so that it can't be used.
