It's normal, coppermine cannot find the pictures if they are not on the server

make the directories writables changing CHMOD

That can be expected.

Restore the folder and file you deleted by FTP, then delete using coppermine's controls. If you can't do that, delete the database records directly from the database using a tool like phpMyAdmin as suggested in many threads already.

You almost certainly don't have a permission problem.

ok i have installed  "php my admin" and i enterd the data base.
but i dont know how to find pictures data from it .
plz help me.

We can not support you on the usage of the third party tool phpMyAdmin, especially if you ask your question that way without posting the needed details (read up board rules and do as suggested there! This is the last time that I will remind you of board rules). You need to find the proper record inside coppermine's pictures table that corresponds to the broken image that you deleted in error. Find the record and then delete it (just that single record). Remember to back up your database (by creating a dump) before messing with coppermine's core by editing the database it uses. You don't seem to be experienced enough to accomplish that.

i got the solution.
im sorry . i`ll respect the rules in future.
