Is someone already working on the slovenian version of the lang file for 1.5.3?

I started something already but gave up.

Afaik there's nobody working on that translation yet.

File is already in UTF-8.

I'll add the file to the repository, as I'm trying to come up with a section in the dev docs that explains each step that is needed to add a user-contributed language file.

Added Slovenian language file as suggested to the SVN repository. Added section to the documentation that explains the process of adding a language file to the package.
