include file deleted

hi, I tried to upgrad the gallery and instead of back-upping the file I deleted it Is there any way I can replace it? The problem is that I do not know the password of the database...

You can create a new user and password, so you don't need to know the old one. You can find out the name of the database and the table prefix by looking at the database with phpMyAdmin or whatever your host provides you with.  Use this as the template.
